As women, many of us have learnt to put up layers of protection around ourselves and our heart. It’s a coping mechanism – because at some point we had to.
But there comes a time where you know you are ready to soften. Where the call of the feminine can no longer be ignored.
She who softens is for the woman who is ready to soften the walls around her heart.
Who is tired of life being hard or a battle and feeling like she needs to be in control all of the time.
Who is ready to surrender and lay down her sword when it comes to the masculine and men.
I was once the woman who…
- Needed to be in control all of the time.
- Didn’t trust herself or the flow of life.
- At a deep level, didn’t trust men or the masculine.
- Needed to be independent.
- Struggled to receive help (or anything at all).
- Had many layers of protection up around my heart and put on a cool calm exterior.
- But on the inside, I desperately wanted to let go and have someone step up to hold me.
But you can learn to trust that it is safe to soften.
Some of the themes we may cover:
- Father wound; resentment and unresolved trauma related to your father and its impact on your relationship with men.
- Mother wound; exploring your relationship with your mother, its impact on how you’re showing up as a woman and its interconnectedness with the feminine.
- Control vs surrender; learning to trust and lean into the art of surrender.
- Opening your heart and letting the protective walls down; finding strength in vulnerability.
- Inner safety; building your own sense of safety and trust.
- Laying down your sword in regards to the masculine and men.
What’s included:
- Opening and closing zoom call with Riannah.
- 4 x 2-2.5hr monthly sessions with Riannah (can be a combo of online and in-person sessions) and will include hypnotherapy, mentoring, reiki, spiritual guidance and other modalities as required.
