Hi there, I’m Riannah and I am on a mission to inspire, educate and support both men and women who are on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
It wasn’t so long ago that I was living a completely different life to that which I am now. I was living the life I thought I always wanted – which included a well-paying Government job, a partner, 2 kids, and our own house in the suburbs. But it felt like something was missing and I was desperately unhappy.
Sound familiar?
Then in 2020 I experienced my first awakening which was the catalyst for my own healing journey. This period required me to stop looking externally and go on an introspective journey. It felt like a rollar coaster ride of emotions, patterns, cycles, and beliefs all rising up to the surface to be faced head-on and healed.
There is more to life.
Throughout this period, I completely changed myself and my life.
The journey has led me to reclaim and embody the feminine, raise my frequency, and remember my divinity as a spiritual being.
As I continue on my journey, I now hold space for men and women to do the same. I use the tools of hypnotherapy, coaching, reiki, and my own experience to help you find your own way back home to yourself. And back home to LOVE.
For we are all love at our very being.
