Hypnosis
Sit back, relax and listen to the sound of my voice, this is typically what a hypnotherapy session sounds like.
Hypnosis is a relaxing but powerful way to create change that lasts, at an unconscious level. While in a hypnotic induced trance, which is similar to a meditative state (and can even be done with your eyes open if you prefer), I guide you to explore the parts of yourself that are calling for your attention. You have everything you need within you to heal and create change – hypnosis allows you to access that information.
Hypnotherapy sessions can include regression work where you are guided back into memories. These memories can be in your lifetime, past lifetimes, or ancestral lifetimes. Once back in a memory you will re-experience that point in time as if it were happening right now allowing you to release any stuck emotions, change your perspective, and access the learnings required to help you create the desired change.
Lasting change is created through hypnosis because it works with the unconscious mind (or subconscious). It helps you break unhelpful thought patterns, beliefs, or ways of being.
Every session is different and there are many different ways to achieve the desired outcome. The key is to relax and allow yourself to go where ever the session takes you.

A minimum of 3 sessions is required for hypnotherapy with Riannah. A 3-session package is $700 AUD. Sessions are available in person in South Australia, or over Zoom.
The first session is focused on exploring the ‘root cause’ of the problem, while subsequent sessions are focused on removing the ‘blocks’ and creating the desired change. Results are dependant on the individual. Clients may require more than 3 sessions depending on the desired result.
