Womb massage 🌹

1.5hrs of sacred touch and healing. Inviting the feminine body to soften; to receive; and to remember.

The womb massage includes touch to the lower back and sacrum, glutes, abdomen, and womb. These sessions encourage energy flow or Qi through the feminine body which can promote hormone regulation, increased blood circulation to the uterus and womb (which can help break down scar tissue) and improved digestion.

Following the massage, you will be wrapped in Mexican Rebozo cloth, creating a womb like experience where you can welcome back all parts of yourself. During this time I will play the shamanic drum, which supports you to move into the theta brainwave space, encouraging deep rest and healing.

Sessions available on Thursdays and weekends from my home-based space in SA for $150.

The wild man archetype is the piece of men/masculinity that is often feared - and often misunderstood. And yet the integration of the wild man is very much an integral part of a man’s journey (just as the wild woman is apart of a woman’s journey).

Today as I was out walking, I received the download that I need to write about the wild man archetype in my book. I need to shine a light on it to help disperse the fear.

As a woman, I’ve known for a long time now that it is the wild man archetype in a man that many women actually desire (think the primal man, the wood chopping man, the man who a woman can surrender to without being controlled), but it is also the man that many fear of they haven’t actually met their own wild woman within.

So this book, will briefly explore what this looks like in a man, and how needed it is on society.

The moment I laid my eyes on this artwork by @wiinya__ I knew it was mine. And the name of the artwork - Ceremony.

So my intention for 2026 is to sit in ceremony with the land.
With spirit.
With soul.
And with every day life.

Just as the artwork wrapped itself around my soul, so did the words that came with it.

“Ceremonies in indigenous culture are deeply significant and live transmissions - honouring connection to the land, ancestors, self and spirit.

The reverence that is created while being in ceremony is a humbling experience and also completely nourishing for the soul. It’s how we are wired to properly connect with each other and celebrate the big milestones of life and death as a human being.

We hold ceremonies for union, graduations and gathering of like minded souls - yet how can we bring more ceremony, love, learning, ritual and connections into our lives and community?” ~ @wiinya__

Hypnosis healing sessions 🌀

A re-introduction. This is my signature session and one that I actually changed the name of in 2025, but it didn’t feel right.

While there are various modalities that may be used in this session, hypnosis is the key. Not the clinical type where you listen to me read a script - but the type where you are guided inward while in trance.

From there, your soul knows the way.

During a session, there are many ways I can help you relax into the trance like state - this is simply a meditative state.

Once relaxed, you are able to bypass your thinking mind and access memories, emotions, and ‘gold nuggets’ of information that is needed for the next part of your journey.

These sessions can be used to work on something specific - or you may choose to be guided by your body/soul. While in trance, you are often taken exactly where you need to go.

Sessions are available in person from my home based studio in Woodville North SA. Or online via zoom - which work just as well as long as you can hear me clearly. Sessions are 2hrs in duration.
