Resonance (reiki) sessions

 Resonance sessions work with your body and soul.

We start with reiki – where you relax and lay back while I work my way along the energy centres of the body (touch or non-touch is available). This beautiful practice of reiki energy work helps to align and open the energy centres in your body. Energy work can help to expand your energetic capacity, soothe your nervous system, and create change at a cellular level. Durning the session I may receive channelled messages – these messages are optional and will be offered at the end of the session (receiving is optional).

We finish with shamanic drum work (or other sound healing) where the vibrations of the drum will move through to the cells of your body – helping to align your individual frequency with your true essence. As I am spiritually guided, sessions may also include breathwork, guided meditation, or other practices depending on what is needed.
