While out walking the dog in a country town this weekend, I was drawn to this site. Behind the church.

Interestingly, I have been moving through my own beliefs of late in regards to god and learning to separate them from what we are told god is by the Catholic Church.

But this wasn’t about god.

As I stood there I felt the sacredness of the site. Not because of the church, but because of what existed before the church. The sacredness of the land. The Earth. And while I may never know for sure, the temple of the goddess that existed onsite long ago.

I’ve spent a lot of time over the last few years

I’ve spent a lot of time over the last few years softening. Talking about feminine softness. It’s been an integral part of my journey (and perhaps it is apart of yours as well).

But one thing that has remained true through all of it is that I believe in the strength of women. And I believe that while men and women are different, they should always be equal in worth and opportunity.

The suppression of the feminine has always been a power play by weak men. By men who need you obedient to make themselves feel bigger. A real man stands with women - with the feminine. He creates space for her to rise alongside him.

I’ve always had this warrior spirit. I’d do things just to prove that I (and women) can. I love this part of myself. But I needed to soften so that I could remember and reclaim my true power and strength.

Because that sense of warrior used to come from needing to prove myself. Needing to prove my worth. But now, it comes from love. It comes from truth. It comes from knowing who I am.

And I have this fire inside of me to be in service to the feminine. To women who are ready to remember and reclaim their inner power and strength.

This is not about rising above men and the masculine - for we need the masculine to rise as well. This is about reclaiming who you are underneath everything that has been created to hold you down.

If you’re ready to reclaim your inner strength and power, I am here to walk alongside you. To hold sacred space while you lovingly and courageously unveil that woman from within.

We are all being called to remember.
That we can be wholly human.

This post feels vulnerable, and that’s ok.

No one really talks about the void like space that happens after you have been through the deep dive of coming home to yourself.

Where you’ve spent years undoing the layers. The patterns. Tending to your nervous system. Softening. Opening your heart.
Where you’ve completely changed your entire being. But the external shift still takes time.

Where the external world is slowly shifting to catch-up to the internal world.
Where you can be happy, grateful, and even content.
But there is still this deep longing.
Not from a place of need.
But from a place of want, and hope, and love.

And there are so many people talking about manifestation. And yes, it’s a thing. But sometimes, it’s all about timing. Patience. And trust.

It’s a funny space to be in.
And it’s where I’m standing.

One of my favourite parts of the womb massage - is

One of my favourite parts of the womb massage - is the wrapping at the end.

After the massage - which includes nourishing touch to your lower back, digestive system, ribs, and womb - you are wrapped in Mexican rebozo cloth.

The wrap allows you to call all pieces of yourself back - creating a womb like feeling.

And while you rest, I drum.

The sound of the sharmanic drum resonates at a soul level. It allows you to drop into the theta brainwaves (meditative state) creating a deep sense of relaxation. It is also here that soul work can occur.
